Leather Beds
If you are looking for a leather bed we have a big choice in many different styles from traditional to the latest in contemporary modern design. We have leather beds in double, king size and super king size. We are able to offer an extensive range of colour options many of which are held in stock and are available for immediate despatch on 2 to 3 day. We have low foot end leather beds which help to improve the feeling of space, to higher backed sleigh beds we have something for almost everyone.
The Leather in Leather Beds
Beds in the DFS leather beds collection come in a variety of different grades of leather. Aniline leather is one of the most attractive types of leather due to its softness and natural look. The most commonly used leather on beds is a bi-cast leather which has a thin coating on the top. This is used extensively on beds due to the fact that it requires very little maintenance and is not prone to marking. Occasionally corrected grain leather is used this type of leather is buffed to reduce heavy natural scarring and blemishes in the hides. It is then coloured with a coating containing opaque pigments and embossed with a grain pattern to ensure a uniformity of colour and resistance to fading. Leather beds can be very versatile helping to create a contemporary design statement or alternatively they can used to create a design scheme that will stand the test of time. Virtually all the leather beds that we supply at DFS come complete with a sprung slatted base which will help to enhance the life of the mattress.

The vast majority of our divans are available in compact single divans (75cm x 190cm or 2'6 x 6'3), standard single divans (90cm x 190cm or 3'0 x 6'3), compact double divans (120cm x 190cm or 4'0 x 6'3), standard double divans (135 x190cm or 4'6 x 6'3), King size divans (150cm x 200cm or 5'0 x 6'6) or Super King Size divans (180cm x 200cm).
Our divan beds range include open coil models, pocketed divans and the latest memory foam mattresses which are designed to contour to the shape of the body. Many of our divan beds are also available in a choice of faux suede, faux leather or chenille. Special sizes are also available on many options.
